At Boo&Wiwa we process all orders within 3 days. In the Netherlands you will usually receive your order within 1 business day after shipping. For international orders you can find the shipping rates and delivery times in the description below. Please note that when placing an order outside of Europe, import duties, customs duties and local sales taxes may apply upon delivery.

Shipping costs within Europe: €12.95 DHL
Shipping costs outside Europe: €19.95 DHL

Returns
You have 14 days to return an item from the date it was received. To request a return, send an email to boowiwa.dogbrand@gmail.com. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs. Once we have received and processed your return, we will automatically refund your original payment method used for the purchase.
